Students will be observed in assigned areas and coached toward greater effectiveness in ministry. The program will fulfill the Practicum requirements for ministerial candidates adopted by the General Presbytery of the General Council of the Assemblies of God. It is an in-depth supervised ministry experience focused on the leadership of the Holy Spirit and the development of competencies in personal ministry, with concentrations on ministerial functions and personal conferences.
